Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of leadersloop.com and its services (the "Service"). By creating an account, booking a learning group, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to them. For these terms, the service is operated by Mybizopz Ltd, United Kingdom ("we", "us").
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@leadersloop.com if you suspect unauthorised use. The information you give us must be accurate.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: break the law or infringe others' rights; upload unlawful, defamatory, harassing or malicious content; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; probe, scan or disrupt the Service or its security; scrape or harvest content at scale; or use the Service to build a competing product. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
3. 360° feedback
The 360° app lets you organise feedback about yourself or, where you are an organiser, about a named subject who is invited to take part. When you give feedback about another person, you must do so honestly and respectfully, and only where you have a legitimate working relationship with them. Feedback is pooled by relationship group in reports and is not attributed to individual respondents. Reports and development suggestions are guidance, not professional, legal or HR advice, and you are responsible for any decisions you take based on them.
4. Skill-checks & credentials
Skill-checks and the resulting Completion Badges, Completion Awards and Leaders Loop Credentials recognise that you have completed Leaders Loop learning. They are not regulated qualifications and do not confer any professional certification or accreditation. We may update the toolkit, skill-checks and credential criteria over time.
5. Learning groups & payments
- Plans. Paid plans are billed annually in advance. Free plans have no charge. Enterprise is by enquiry.
- Public learning groups are booked and paid per person at checkout. Private / in-house sessions are arranged by enquiry and invoiced separately.
- Additional seats (for organisers managing other leaders) are invoiced as overage and take effect once paid.
- Prices & currency. UK customers are charged in GBP via our UK entity; Australian customers in AUD via our Australian entity. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store full card details.
- Cancellations & refunds. You may cancel a subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the paid period and we do not refund part-years except where the law requires. For learning-group bookings, contact us as early as possible; statutory cancellation and refund rights (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 / Australian Consumer Law) always apply.
6. Intellectual property & your content
The Service, its toolkit content, profiles and branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused except as the Service allows. You keep ownership of the content you submit (such as feedback and messages), and grant us a licence to host and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and carry out maintenance, from time to time.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service and its content are provided "as is" and for general development purposes; they are not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or where we must for legal or security reasons.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
