Your sessions are led by a senior product and commercial leader with more than twenty years building and leading digital products and the teams behind them, most of that at one of the world’s leading two-sided online marketplaces.
Over the past decade they have run product, strategy and general management across marketplaces operating in 10+ markets spanning APAC, LATAM and EMEA, including co-founding a new venture from inception and growing it into a market-leading platform, and leading product and strategy across an innovation division. The work spans the full craft: product strategy and management, design and customer experience, data and analytics, and the commercial and operating-model decisions that turn good ideas into durable businesses.
On the leadership side, that means real experience of the whole arc this curriculum covers: stepping into a first management role, leading leaders, navigating stakeholders and organisations, and setting direction and culture at the most senior levels. A particular, current interest is decision quality: how teams make better product and leadership decisions, not just faster ones, and how AI and structured context can sharpen judgement rather than replace it.
